Since December 2000 EE&G personnel has conducted approximately 350 environmental audits per year for the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ).

These audits include compliance evaluation of facility operations compared with state and local governments in Texas The audits include compliance evaluation of facility operations compared with state and/or federal regulations concerning Air Quality, Solid and Hazardous Waste, Wastewater, Tier II reporting, Toxic Release Inventory (TRI), Oil Spill Prevention, Control & Contingency (SPCC) Plans and Oil Recycling.

Audit reports produced by EE&G include a list of action items and recommendations that the client can use to achieve compliance with applicable state and federal environmental regulations, including pertinent air, solid and hazardous waste, wastewater, storm water, SPCC, Tier II and TRI compliance. Determinations of applicability and compliance, relevant support documentation, and applicable regulatory citations are included in the audit reports.
