Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP)

Since the initiation of the state's Texas Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (TPDES) General Permit in 2001, EE&G has performed numerous storm water inspections that have required specific knowledge of industry operations and applicable storm water regulations. EE&G's knowledge of TPDES storm water requirements includes determining permit applicability, no exposure certifications, hazardous metals annual monitoring, effluent limitations, monitoring requirements, as well as specific requirements for each type of industry. EE&G provides clients with highly experienced personnel who review existing processes and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP) for compliance; prepare SWPPP's; review or generate inspection reports, annual evaluations or analysis, and testing requirements.
