Larry has over 20 years’ experience in the environmental and geotechnical consulting fields.  Prior to his career with EE&G, Larry previously spent over 17 years with an independent oil and gas exploration and production company in multi-faceted roles from roustabout to senior engineering technician.  As a project manager/geoscientist with EE&G, Larry is primarily responsible for the company’s UST Compliance Audit Program through the TCEQ/SBLGA (Small Business and Local Government Assistance) program.  Additionally, Larry provides assistance with various groundwater and soil investigations, domestic and industrial waste water permit applications and facility inspections, SPCC (Spill Prevention, Control and Counter Measures) Plan preparation and inspections, and SWP3 (Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan) preparation and inspections.
